SATs scaled score converter
Type a raw score to see the scaled score it gives, from the Standards and Testing Agency’s conversion tables for 2026, 2025 and 2024.

In 2026, 56 of 110 marks gave a score of 100, the expected standard.
What a scaled score is
Each subject’s raw marks become a scaled score from 80 to 120, using that year’s conversion table. Maths adds up all three papers, out of 110. Reading is out of 50. Grammar, punctuation and spelling adds up its two papers, out of 70. A child sits every paper in a subject to get a scaled score for it.
100 or more meets the expected standard, and 110 or more is a high score. Each year’s papers are different, so each year has its own table.
